Pharmacological information of Ko Benel Dopa

Co-banel dopa is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. In Parkinson's disease, a number of cells in a small part of the brain are damaged and gradually die. By producing dopamine, brain cells transmit brain messages through different parts of the body through the spinal cord. When the substrate cells are damaged, the amount of dopamine produced decreases. The combination of cell depletion and dopamine production reduces neurotransmission to the body's muscles. This condition can cause symptoms of Parkinson's disease, which include stiffness, tremors, and slowness of movement.

Co-banel dopa contains two compounds called levodopa and bensrazide. As soon as Ludopa enters the body, it is converted to dopamine, restoring dopamine balance in the brain. The benzrazide compound prevents the breakdown of ludopa before it reaches the brain. This means that more levodopa in the brain is converted to dopamine, and side effects are reduced.
