Solamer Drug Information

People with severe kidney disease have high blood phosphate levels because their kidneys are not working properly. This too much phosphate can be stored in the body and lead to bad side effects. Solamer (Solamer Carbonate or Solamer Hydrochloride) combines with the phosphates eaten in food, this reduces the total amount of phosphate in the blood and helps reduce further problems and complications.
