Synacleste is used to treat increased parathyroid hormone in kidney patients on dialysis. It is also used to treat high levels of calcium in people with an overactive parathyroid gland or in people with parathyroid cancer. Cinacalcet helps control the amount of parathyroid hormone, calcium and phosphorus in your body. Controlling the right amount of these substances in the body prevents bone diseases.
