Clidinium C drug information

Clidinium C is a combination of the two drugs Clidinium and Chlordiazepoxide. Clidinium C is used in combination with other medicines to help treat gastrointestinal disorders (such as ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, and intestinal infections).

Clidinium belongs to a class of drugs called antispasmodics or anticholinergics that help relieve pain and cramps in the stomach and intestines by reducing the normal movement of the intestines and relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestines. Chlordiazepoxide also belongs to the class of benzodiazepines, which affect the brain and nerves and help reduce anxiety and worry.

 

Dosage and method of taking Clidinium C.

Side effects of Clidinium C.

All medications can cause side effects. But many consumers also do not experience any side effects. Some of the side effects go away after a short time of taking the medicine. In case of persistent side effects, the physician should be informed:

  • Dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, blurred vision, dry eyes, nausea
