Cefaclor drug information

Medication Information: Cefaclor is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, meaning that it is effective against many types of bacteria. It is used to treat urinary tract, skin, respiratory, ear and sinus infections. This drug can be used for both adults and children, as well as during pregnancy. Some people who are allergic to penicillin may also be allergic to this medicine, so be sure to tell your doctor.
